Defining our spirituality is a lifelong process.Today, scientist are uncovering how our brain influences our cells, how our very beliefs can shape our world as we know it.   There are exciting, inspiring scientific pathways to spirituality. Quantum science and neurological biology are making huge breakthroughs that excite me. I have come to define my spirituality as making the subconsciousness conscious. I am changing from the inside out!
